I get an error when uploading Photos to the Archive |

Sometimes you may have trouble uploading photographs to the Photo Archive. I have seen errors such as Server Error 500.
If you get an error then please check the following
- That the photo is in jpg format and you can display it on your PC
- That the file size of the photo is less than 1024Kbytes
- That the longest side of the photo is less than 2048, in fact it is often best to make it less than 1024
