Calling all RHC students who joined RHC as undergraduates in 1965
Dear Hollowegan
As many of you will know, in 2006 there was an inaugural reunion of the first -undergraduate males. Vianney Waters (who organised the event) has opened his diary again to remind us that 2010 marks the 45th anniversary of the first male intake (“the pioneers”), and has proposed another reunion. By popular request, this is open to all Alumni (and non-alumni partners) who joined Royal Holloway in 1965.
To mark this very special occasion, the college has generously offered us the Picture Gallery as our venue on the 31st July 2010. The reunion will start at 12 pm with a buffet lunch at 1.00 pm. Price is £20 per person. Subject to availability, overnight accommodation can be booked at the College on 01784 276190.
In order to secure the picture gallery we need to have an approximate idea of numbers fairly soon. Please therefore register your interest (even if for the moment on a provisional basis) by 30 August 2009.

More information can be obtained from the web site which was set up after the last reunion, which is www.thepioneers.org.uk Even if you cannot attend the reunion, please take a look at and register with this web site, as there is lots of memorabilia within the password protected area, such as photographs and tape recordings of Student Union events.
